Check out the reunion information page on the Harvard Alumni Association website for detailed answers to many of your reunion questions.
For answers to a few common ones:
What’s included with my registration?
Event fees, meals, open bar on Friday and Saturday nights, reunion favors, parking, transportation, and printed guides are all included. You may have registered for specific events if you wish to attend only part of reunion. Housing is a separate fee.
Where should I park?
If you plan to drive to campus, please park at the HBS Parking Lot between North Harvard Street and Western Avenue in Allston. Please print out this parking pass and put it on your dash for Reunion Weekend. The pass will allow you to park, free of charge, for the duration of your stay in Cambridge, but will expire after Sunday, May 29. There will be shuttles looping between HBS and the Square-feel free to hop on and identify yourself as a reunion attendee. Alternatively, the 52 Oxford Street Garage will be available to reunion attendees making day trips to and from Harvard Square. Please use this same parking pass and let the attendant know you are a reunion attendee.
Where check in when I arrive?
The Reunion Headquarters for the 5th and 10th Reunions will be located in the JCR at Quincy House. When you arrive, check in at Reunion Headquarters to obtain your name badge and the tickets you’ve purchased for events. If you registered for housing, a dorm access card and keys to your room will be included in your registration packet. You must check in and pick up your registration materials, event tickets, and nametag(s) before attending the first event you’ve registered for. If you are staying in reunion, housing plan to check out at Quincy House and leave your room keys and dorm access cards with us before 2:00pm Sunday, May 29, when Reunion HQ will officially close.

I registered for Harvard housing. When will I find out which dorm I’m staying in?
When you check in at reunion headquarters in Quincy JCR. Harvard will make every effort to accommodate rooming preferences you listed at signup, but remember that housing is a housing jigsaw puzzle this time of year, as graduating seniors and other reunion classes are in residence during this time, too. Almost all beds on campus are in use during Reunions.
Most bedrooms are housed within a larger suite. Within your suite, you may be housed with people you do not know, but in most circumstances you will have your own private bedroom. If there are empty beds in your suite that are not assigned to you, you are not permitted to use them or invite others to do so. Barring extreme circumstances, room changes cannot be accommodated during Reunions.
What is provided for me in the dorms?
By reserving Harvard housing, you are electing to stay in the same wonderful dorms and Houses from your time as a student. Rooms are not equipped with hotel-like amenities. You will be provided with linens, pillows, towels, a bath mat, soap, and lightweight blankets. You may wish to bring along a hair dryer, a pair of flip-flops, extra coat hangers, and additional toiletries.
What is the attire at events?
The general dress code for the weekend is casual. You should bear in mind the vagaries of New England weather and bring sweaters, jackets, and rain gear, especially an umbrella. For the Friday night party, dressy casual attire is suggested, and the Saturday Soiree is cocktail attire (think house formal).
Can I stay through Memorial Day?
Sadly, no. Reunion ends after brunch on Sunday, and you must vacate the dorms by 2pm on Sunday, May 29. Luggage storage will not be provided. Plan your travel accordingly.
How late can I change my plans?
April 29 was the deadline to register for housing and to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued after this time because reservations and head counts will have been confirmed with caterers.
